- Whisk together soy sauce, water, and honey. Add diced onion, green onion, garlic, and chili pepper. Set aside.
- Bring a pot of water to boil, add salt and vinegar. Lower eggs gently and cook for 6 minutes.
- Prepare an ice water bath. Transfer eggs to ice water for 5-10 minutes.
- Gently tap eggs to crack and peel under running water.
- Submerge peeled eggs in marinade and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
