  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder garlic powder is a good substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust according to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper adjust according to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, and chopped parsley or spinach. Add onion powder, salt, and pepper, then mix gently.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls about 1½ inches in diameter and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or brush them with olive oil. Sprinkle extra salt or pepper if desired.
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy in pasta, salads, or with sauces.
