Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into golf ball-sized meatballs, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 15-18 minutes until golden and firm to the touch.
  5. While the meatballs bake, blend the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and garlic until smooth.
