Step-by-Step Instructions for Caramelized Onion Pasta
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over low to medium heat.
- Add 2 finely sliced onions and cook for at least 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until caramelized.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of chili oil, 500 ml of heavy cream, and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
