Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the fresh produce. Core and chop apples, slice celery, and halve grapes. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, toast walnuts for 5-7 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add cooled walnuts to the salad bowl, pour dressing over, and toss gently.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter and add optional toppings. Serve immediately.
