Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.

  5. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing each cookie about two inches apart.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
