  2. If the mixture is too dry, gradually add more milk, one tablespoon at a time until you achieve a soft, pliable consistency.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out the mixture to form balls about 1 inch in diameter, rolling gently between your palms.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place each rolled protein ball on the sheet, spaced apart.
  5. Refrigerate the baking sheet with the protein balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
