  1. In a medium bowl or a mason jar, add rolled oats, your choice of milk, a ripe banana, ground cinnamon, and honey if desired. Use a fork to mash the banana thoroughly.
  2. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined, ensuring the oats are evenly coated.
  3. Cover the bowl or jar tightly and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the oats to soak for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. When ready, give it a good stir and check the consistency. Add a little more milk if needed.
  5. To finish, slice some banana and sprinkle it on top with a dash of cinnamon. You can also add nuts or seeds if desired.
