  1. Begin by gathering the ingredients. Rinse cilantro, cut lime in half and squeeze juice. Slice jalapeño and remove seeds, peel garlic cloves.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, garlic, and mayonnaise. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Check the consistency; if too thick, add lime juice or olive oil and blend again.
  4. Pour the sauce into a clean container and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  5. Drizzle over tacos, use as a veggie dip or on grilled meats.
