Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese and peanut butter. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Gradually add sweetener while blending on low speed. Taste as you go.
  3. If mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk until the desired consistency is reached. Blend for another 10 seconds.
  4. Transfer mousse into individual serving dishes and scoop out every last bit.
  5. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes for optimal texture.
  6. Just before serving, top with cocoa powder, berries, or nuts.
