  • 3/4 cup Parmesan, grated Fresh-grated is best.
For the Flavor Boost
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach Wilts quickly.
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning Herb blend for flavor.
  • 1 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound of ground beef and sauté for 3-5 minutes until it's mostly browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. Stir in 1/2 cup of finely diced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves to the skillet. Cook for an additional 1 minute until the onion softens.
  3. Drain any excess grease and transfer the beef mixture into your crockpot, ensuring even distribution.
  4. Pour in 4 cups of beef broth and sprinkle in 1 1/2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning along with the other seasonings. Stir thoroughly.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours.
  6. Stir in 8 ounces of uncooked pasta, then gradually add 1 1/4 cups of heavy cream and 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Cook uncovered for an additional 45 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  8. In the final moments, stir in 1 cup of fresh spinach until wilted and serve hot.
