Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1/4 cup of ketchup. Blend until smooth.

  3. Fold in 1 tablespoon of prepared horseradish and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
