Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Creamy Lemon Garlic Herb Tilapia
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of extra virgin olive oil. Place the frozen Sea Cuisine Garlic & Herb Tilapia filets in the skillet, cooking for about 5 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and are cooked through. Transfer the tilapia to a plate and keep warm.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add more olive oil if necessary. Sauté 4-6 minced garlic cloves until fragrant, stirring constantly for about 1 minute. Sprinkle in dried herbs like parsley and oregano.
  3. Lower the heat and stir in 14 oz. of coconut cream, ½ cup of stock and juice of one freshly squeezed lemon. If using, add 2 tablespoons of white wine. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes, whisking to combine.
  4. Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Pour this into the simmering sauce, whisking continuously for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
  5. Gently stir in 1 cup of chopped kale and the thinly sliced lemon, letting them mix with the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the kale wilts. Return the tilapia to the skillet, carefully coating each piece in the sauce.
  6. Plate your Creamy Lemon Garlic Herb Tilapia alongside basmati rice or your choice of side. Drizzle remaining sauce over the top.
