Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the cauliflower florets into similar-sized pieces. Steam for 10-12 minutes until tender.
  2. Remove the steamer basket and let the cauliflower cool for a few minutes.
  3. In a food processor, blend the cauliflower with butter, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add olive oil or warm water if a thinner consistency is desired.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with chives and Parmesan if desired.
