Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the shrimp by mixing with olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Sauté the marinated shrimp in a skillet until pink and opaque, then set aside.
  3. Prepare the sauce in the same skillet by melting butter, adding garlic, and then stirring in tomato sauce and heavy cream. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Cook linguine in boiling salted water until al dente. Reserve pasta water before draining.
  5. Combine drained linguine with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed. Toss to coat and add shrimp back.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley and optionally with grated parmesan.
