Combine Ingredients
- In a medium bowl or jar, mix together rolled oats, chia seeds, a pinch of salt, maple syrup (or honey), and your choice of milk. Add half a banana (chopped) and some sliced strawberries. Taste for sweetness and adjust if needed.
Chill
- Transfer the mixture to a covered container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Serve
- Stir the mixture before serving and top with remaining banana slices and strawberries. Add a splash of milk for creaminess if desired.
Store Leftovers
- Keep any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to three days. Add fresh fruit right before serving.
