Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 20cm (8 inch) springform pan.
- Whisk together the ricotta cheese, honey, eggs, corn starch, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan and gently tap to release air bubbles.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove from the springform and cool completely at room temperature.
- Drizzle with additional honey and sprinkle with ground cinnamon before serving.
