Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 20cm (8 inch) springform pan.
  2. Whisk together the ricotta cheese, honey, eggs, corn starch, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan and gently tap to release air bubbles.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until golden and set.
  5. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove from the springform and cool completely at room temperature.
  6. Drizzle with additional honey and sprinkle with ground cinnamon before serving.
