- Start by rinsing the cucumbers under cold water. Peel them if preferred and slice into ½-inch rounds.
- Using a ½ teaspoon measuring spoon, scoop out the center of each cucumber slice to create a well.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and light ranch dressing. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in dill and garlic salt into the creamy mixture, being careful not to overmix.
- Transfer the creamy filling into a piping bag and pipe into the hollowed-out center of each cucumber.
- Press a halved cherry tomato into the filling of each cucumber for garnish.
- Pat any moisture off the cucumber slices before serving and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
