  • 1/4 cup Nuts/Seeds (Almonds, Walnuts, Sunflower Seeds) optional, toasted
For the Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar optional
  • 1 tablespoon Honey adjust based on preference
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil high-quality
  • to taste Salt & Pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the strawberries and cucumber. Hull the strawberries and slice them into quarters. Thinly slice the cucumber.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, strawberries, and chopped fresh herbs. If using cheese, add it now.
  4. Drizzle half the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with nuts or seeds, and drizzle remaining dressing.
