Step-by-Step Instructions for Shrimp Crab Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then stir in crab meat, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
  5. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in the baking dish. Layer noodles, then cheese and seafood mixtures, repeating two more times. Finish with noodles and remaining Alfredo sauce.
  6. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and breadcrumbs over the top.
  7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving, garnished with parsley.
