Step-by-Step Instructions for Shrimp Crab Lasagna
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain well.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then stir in crab meat, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in the baking dish. Layer noodles, then cheese and seafood mixtures, repeating two more times. Finish with noodles and remaining Alfredo sauce.
- Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and breadcrumbs over the top.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
