Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: almond milk, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla with the mashed bananas.
  4. Gradually mix in the almond flour and gluten-free all-purpose flour until a thick batter forms.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
  7. Check the bread for doneness after 40 minutes; cover with foil if the top is browning too quickly.
  8. Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. If desired, mix vegan cream cheese, melted butter, and powdered sugar for frosting once cooled.
