  • 1 package Puff Pastry Butter-based preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For brushing
For the Chicken Salad Filling
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Chopped
  • 1 cup Celery Diced
  • 1 cup Grapes Halved
  • 1 small Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be substituted
  • 1 teaspoon Tony’s Seasoning Or any all-purpose seasoning

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Thaw the puff pastry overnight in the refrigerator. Let it sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before use.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut puff pastry into 3-inch squares.
  3. Arrange squares on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and bake for 12 to 14 minutes until golden.
  4. Grill or sauté cooked chicken seasoned with salt and pepper for about 6 to 8 minutes until cooked through. Let cool and chop.
  5. Mix chopped chicken, celery, grapes, onion, mayonnaise, and seasoning in a bowl.
  6. Slice baked pastry shells in half horizontally. Fill each with 2 to 3 tablespoons of chicken salad and replace the top.
  7. Serve immediately on a platter for best texture and flavor.
