- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then stir in crab meat and seasonings. Cook additional 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Mix ricotta, half of the Parmesan, mozzarella, a splash of heavy cream, and parsley in a bowl until smooth.
- Grease the baking dish, layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, seafood mixture, and repeat, finishing with noodles and Alfredo sauce on top.
- Top with remaining Parmesan, mozzarella, and breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving, and garnish with parsley if desired.
