Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then stir in crab meat and seasonings. Cook additional 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Mix ricotta, half of the Parmesan, mozzarella, a splash of heavy cream, and parsley in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Grease the baking dish, layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, seafood mixture, and repeat, finishing with noodles and Alfredo sauce on top.
  6. Top with remaining Parmesan, mozzarella, and breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving, and garnish with parsley if desired.
