Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Slice the baguette into thin rounds, about half an inch thick. Arrange these slices in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet and brush each side generously with olive oil.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and toast the baguette slices for approximately 6–8 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, add the ricotta cheese and season it with a pinch of salt, ground pepper, and a drizzle of honey if desired.
- Wash the ripe strawberries thoroughly and then chop them into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Spread a generous spoonful of the creamy ricotta mixture on each toasted baguette slice.
- Top each ricotta-covered baguette slice with the chopped strawberries.
- Drizzle a beautiful stream of balsamic glaze over each bruschetta.
- Garnish with freshly sliced basil leaves and serve immediately.

Notes
Consume assembled bruschetta within 1–2 hours for optimal freshness. Store separate components to maintain crunch.
