  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips Choose dark or semi-sweet

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats with your choice of nut butter.
  3. Mix in honey or maple syrup until the mixture is well incorporated.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Scoop portions of cookie mix onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
