- In a large skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef. Sprinkle in chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and cayenne pepper. Cook for about 5–10 minutes until browned.
- While the beef is cooking, chop the romaine lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, and chop the red onion. Combine the fresh ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Prepare the cilantro lime dressing by blending cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and a pinch of pepper until smooth.
- Once the beef has cooled, add it to the mixing bowl with the chopped vegetables. Toss in black beans, sweet corn, and sunflower seeds, mixing well.
- Drizzle the cilantro lime dressing over the assembled salad, and sprinkle crushed tortilla chips or Doritos on top before serving.
