- Take half of the croissant pieces and spread them across the bottom of the dish.

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and optional cinnamon until combined.
- Pour the custard mixture evenly over the layered croissants and berries and press down lightly.
