- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and buttermilk.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the red and green sprinkles.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Optionally, sprinkle with coarse sugar or additional sprinkles.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove and let cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
