  3. Gently fold in grated apple into the wet mixture.
  4. Gradually pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Preheat skillet over medium heat and grease lightly with vegetable oil.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, cooking until bubbles form, then flip.
