  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Thick plain yogurt
  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour For gluten-free, use a gluten-free blend with baking powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drain any excess liquid from the Greek yogurt and measure 1 cup into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add 1 cup of self-rising flour to the yogurt and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Sprinkle a minimal amount of flour onto a clean surface and knead the dough gently for about 30 seconds.
  5. Divide the dough into six equal portions and shape into balls.
  6. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and let them rest for about 15 minutes.
  7. Optional: Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with toppings if desired.
  8. Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, rotating halfway through for even browning.
  9. Allow the rolls to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
