Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to mix.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
  5. Fill each cup of the greased muffin pan about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. A toothpick should come out clean.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then remove poppers and serve warm.
