Preparation Steps
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of softened butter, ½ tablespoon of garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon of dried parsley. Blend until smooth.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place a skillet over low to medium heat and let it warm for about 2 minutes.
  4. Lay two slices of bread in the skillet, buttered side down, and sprinkle half of the cheese blend over the top.
  5. Top with remaining slices of bread, butter-side up, and press down with a spatula.
  6. Cook for 4–5 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 4–5 minutes.
  7. Remove from skillet and let rest for a minute, then slice and serve.
