  5. Punch the dough down, mix in rosemary and garlic powder, then divide into 12 balls and place in a greased dish.
  6. Cover and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
