- In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of oats and 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder. Stir together until evenly combined.
- Incorporate 1/2 cup of nut butter and 1/3 cup of honey or maple syrup into the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until sticky and well combined.
- Fold in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, stirring gently for about 1 minute.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, approximately one inch in diameter. You should be able to make about 12-15 balls.
- Place the rolled energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Transfer the chilled energy balls into an airtight container for storage.
