Dough Preparation

Kneading the Dough

First Rise
- Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
Cheesecake Filling
- Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk. Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes.
Blueberry Compote
- Combine blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Shaping and Filling
- Punch down the dough, divide into 10-12 pieces, and roll into balls.
