Step-by-Step Instructions
- Make the Raspberry Jam by combining frozen raspberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally for 23-25 minutes until thickened.
- For the Raspberry Syrup, bring sugar, water, and additional frozen raspberries to a gentle boil in a small saucepan. Simmer for 3 minutes, then strain and cool completely.
- Prepare the Mascarpone Filling by beating mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla paste in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add the heavy cream until medium-stiff peaks form.
- Assemble the Tiramisu by creating layers of mascarpone filling and soaked ladyfinger cookies, finishing with mascarpone on top. Chill for at least 8 hours.
- Serve by spreading the remaining raspberry jam on top and optionally garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slices.

Notes
Use frozen raspberries for deeper flavor, and mind the soaking time to avoid soggy ladyfingers. Allow chilling for best flavor meld.
