- In a large mixing bowl, combine your leftover mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, flour, egg, and seasonings. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop portions and shape them into golf ball-sized balls or patties.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your puffs on it, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm with dipping sauces.
