Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a bowl, combine corn syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth, then fold in chopped pecans.
  3. Pour the pecan filling over the baked crust and return to the oven. Bake for an additional 30 to 35 minutes until filling is set and slightly jiggly.
  4. Allow the bars to cool for 30 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before slicing.
