  4. Fold in baking powder, salt, and all-purpose flour until a stiff dough forms.
  5. Scoop approximately 1.5-inch portions of dough and roll into balls.
  6. Roll each dough ball in granulated sugar followed by powdered sugar.
  7. Arrange the coated dough balls on the baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for about 10 minutes, watching for crinkled tops and soft centers.
