- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until resembling wet sand, then press into the bottom of the springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla, mixing until combined. Incorporate eggs one at a time.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and place the pan into a larger roasting pan filled with hot water halfway up the sides. Bake for 55-70 minutes.
