  • 1.5 lbs peeled and deveined shrimp
For the Sauce
  • 3-4 tbsp Calabrian chili paste adjust for less spice
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 tbsp butter do not substitute
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
For Garnish
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, over medium-low heat, melt 6 tablespoons of butter along with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add 10 minced garlic cloves to the pan, stirring them into the hot oil and butter mixture.
  3. Next, stir in 3-4 tablespoons of Calabrian chili paste along with half of the finely chopped cilantro.
  4. Season 1 1/2 pounds of peeled and deveined shrimp generously with salt, then add them to the skillet in a single layer.
  5. Once the shrimp are perfectly cooked, remove the skillet from heat and top the dish with the remaining cilantro.
