- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add Italian seasoning, marinara sauce, almond flour, and cubed chicken to the skillet. Mix and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
- Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the chicken and marinara mixture into the prepared dish.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese. Add crushed Parmesan crisps or pork rinds on top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
