  1. Prepare the Garlic Aioli: Combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice. Stir well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Cut the Fish: Cut fresh white fish fillets into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches.
  3. Prepare the Coating: Mix all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish until well combined.
  4. Dredge the Fish: Coat each piece of fish in the flour mixture, shaking off excess flour.
  5. Melt the Butter: In a skillet, melt unsalted butter over medium heat, then add fresh lemon juice and lemon zest.
