- Cook the macaroni in a large pot of salted boiling water for 7-8 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter and sauté shrimp until pink, then add lobster and crab meat to warm through.
- Melt 4 tbsp of butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour to make a roux, then slowly add cream, cooking until thickened.
- Stir in grated cheeses until melted, then combine with macaroni and seafood mixture.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with extra cheese and breadcrumbs, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
