Step-by-Step Instructions for Mango Pudding
- Combine Gelatin and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2.5 packets of powdered gelatin and sugar until evenly mixed.
- Dissolve the Mixture: Pour 1 cup of boiling water into the bowl with the gelatin and sugar. Stir vigorously for about 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
