Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Prepare a mini muffin pan by greasing it or lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened coconut flakes, dulce de leche, and coarsely chopped macadamia nuts. Mix thoroughly with a spatula.
- Pack the mixture tightly into the mini muffin cups or use a cookie scoop to form balls on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes until the edges turn golden brown. Observe closely as they bake.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before transferring to a serving platter.
