Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil over high heat and add salt. Cook spaghetti for 8-10 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add garlic flakes and red pepper flakes to the hot oil, sauté for about 1 minute until golden and fragrant.
  4. Drain spaghetti, reserving a cup of pasta water, and add spaghetti to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  5. Add dried parsley and black pepper, stirring to distribute flavors. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally garnishing with Parmesan cheese.
