Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until smooth and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the American salad blend, sliced pepperoncini peppers, chopped firm tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion. Toss gently until evenly distributed.
  3. Add pitted black olives and croutons to the salad. Gently toss again to combine.
  4. Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the salad to finish assembling.
