  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots, stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Stir in 3 cups of cooked Jasmine rice, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, and black pepper.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of diced pineapple and 1/4 cup of cashews. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
