  • 8 oz Brie Cheese Layer underneath or on top

  • 2 tblsp Honey Optional
  • 2 tblsp Balsamic Glaze Can be substituted

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thinly slice the pears into pieces about 1/4 inch thick and toss with cranberries.
  3. Spread a layer of Brie cheese evenly on the flatbread.
  4. Layer the pear and cranberry mixture evenly on top of the Brie.
  5. Drizzle honey and balsamic glaze over the top evenly.
  6. Place the flatbread into the oven and bake for 12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Cool for a couple of minutes, then cut into squares and serve warm.
